Current Open Positions:

1- Marine Technician

This position is responsible for completing any necessary service tasks as well as customer-paid service jobs in an efficient manner. This will include completing service jobs, troubleshooting, repair, testing, rigging new boats and spring preparations. In addition, seasonal tasks will include winterizing, shrink wrapping, and other fall services, as well as spring preparation of new and pre-owned boats, assisting with transportation and boat show set-up as required. 

Requirements: 
  1. Complete assigned service jobs efficiently and properly
  2. Assist in keeping the service area clean, orderly, and presentable  
  3. Keep up-to-date with relevant news, technical reports and bulletins, and required training and certifications
  4. Perform seasonal duties including winterizing and shrink wrapping of boats 
Qualifications:
       1. Formal marine mechanic training 
       2. Up-to-date certifications in the relevant brands


2- Yard Attendant

This position will be helping to move watercraft around the yard and to and from storage lots. Other duties to include: unloading freight deliveries, mowing and basic landscaping, yard maintenance, monitoring watercraft across multiple storage locations, and other seasonal service department assistant tasks. 

Requirements: 
  1. Experience driving forklift or similar equipment
  2. Be comfortable in and around the water and boats
  3. Possess a valid drivers' license  
  4. Must be punctual and trustworthy
  5. Must be available to work required hours, Tuesday- Saturday

3- Boat Sales Associate

A boat sales person will be responsible for facilitating and responding to sales leads, following sales procedures, selling boats & watercraft, and delivering boats to customers. 
Requirements: 
  1. Previous sales experience & training- 3 years minimum
  2. Experience in boating, professionally or recreationally
  3. Must be punctual and trustworthy
  4. Must be available to work required hours, Tuesday- Saturday

4- Customer Experience Specialist

This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role involves handling customer inquiries for service and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
Requirements: 
  1. Previous experience in customer service
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proficiency in using software and other customer service tools
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  5. Must be available to work required hours, Tuesday- Saturday

5- Canvas Sewing & Repair

This is a part-time, seasonal position responsible for utilizing commercial canvas equipment and materials to make and repair canvas boat covers.  

Requirements: 
  Commercial sewing experience
  Knowledge of sewing equipment
