Lakeview Marine Staff

Susan has many years in the marine industry, having worked alongside her parents at Action Marine since her early teens. She has lead Lakeview Marine for the last 14 seasons and is active in all aspects of the dealership. She holds an MBA from Nichols College and a BA in Sport Management from UMass Amherst. 

On a larger scale, Susan is the chair of the Young Leaders Advisory Council (YLAC) of the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA), assisting with the advocacy of important industry issues. In 2023, she also joined the board of directors for the MRAA. 

Susan lives in Webster on the lake with her two daughters and dog Finn. 

Randy joined the Lakeview Marine team in 2012. Originally from the Rutland area, he now lives in Charlton.

He always enjoys spending time cruising Webster Lake during the summer. 

Angela has been with Lakeview Marine since its inception in 2010. She handles the boating accessories and watersports, as well as marina and office duties. She is also a certified paddleboarding instructor and has spearheaded the paddle sport rental program as well as the expansion of offerings in the watersports department. 

Angela is a graduate of Nichols College, and lives in Charlton with her husband and two daughters. 

Buzzie has been in the marine industry for many years, and is the person to go to if you are looking for obscure or hard-to-find parts! 

Buzzie loves spending time with family, especially her granddaughters. She also enjoys traveling and has been to many places around the world with her group of friends! 

Kris has been working with Lakeview Marine since 2019.  He graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence with a BS degree is Food Service Management.  He worked for 15 years as a chef, and manager of many different restaurants until the passion for boating led him to Sales at Lakeview Marine. 

Kris has a passion to help customers find the boat of their dreams!  Kris loves bass fishing, golfing, bowling and being outdoors.  He lives here in Webster with his wife Jessica, and their dog

Katie joined Lakeview's team to assist with events and social media marketing, as well as office administration for the sales department. 

Katie lives in Dudley with her daughter, and enjoys spending time on the lake with friends both in Webster and at her childhood waterfront home in Dudley.
